From what I'm told, a flip gives at least 4". I leveled down with a simple set of shackles. Plus a lot easier install. As far as doing a flip is concerned, your basically removing the whole rear end....
Parts stores have a chassis specific grease. Don't use wheel bearing grease. Brand doesnt matter too much.
