What kind of grease should I put in my ball joints?

Parts stores have a chassis specific grease. Don't use wheel bearing grease. Brand doesnt matter too much.

Generally chassis grease isn't high-temp silicone and wheel bearing grease has a higher dropping point. While you can put wheel bearing grease in body suspension, it is NOT recommended to put chassis grease in a high-temp, high-pressure area such as bearings.
