I've been keeping a secret.
Tested a friend's gauge cluster in the FlareSide ( for about 5 miles ) and it idled so smoothly. ( I read something about if the cluster was bad it would make the idle rough ) and it shifted a little better but still like crap.. and it still jumped from 55-60mph.. so it is a mixture of a bad cluster and something else... so I think I'm going to get another cluster from a junk yard.. and probably change the transmission fluid and filter.. then get the cluster rebuilt. ( that's like $180 )

I've been keeping a secret.
So. This morning my brother decided to push on fuses on the inside of the truck and it started shifting normally. And continued to do so for about 16 miles. It only starts shifting bad when it's driven faster then 50mph for a longer period of time.

Great work! How old are you Adam? Is your brother your same age - are you real twins? My Expedition had a loose large connector at the fuse box that gave me lots of issues -- also do you see any signs of the windshield ever leaking?
