Same here this morning Joe. Only my whites had a bunch of veggies and leftover London broil in it , in a low carb spinach wrap.

Adam that's a good looking plate of food.
BBQ , garlic and ginger marinated sirloin, sweet potato with cinnamon, sautéed asparagus in garlic , butter, olive oil some ginger and sliced almonds , topped with fresh cracked black pepper and fresh grated Parmesan and Romano cheese. But f'n sideways pics again ! Sometimes they post like this and sometimes no WTF ! And how do you just post them so the pics are already up in the post and not the clickable thumbnails to see it full size ?

^^^ Eatin healthy ! Nice Joe ! Looks good !No venison for me :-( sausage or otherwise ,........ Why? Because I freakin missed> :-(.... that's why !!! Get you some chopped veggies in them whites joe . I chop up an assortment to last the week. And get you some good fat in there . ( avocado). Or just a handful of walnuts or some other kind that you like . I shoot for some good slow digesting healthy carbs, some protein , and some good fats in every meal . Usually 5 small meals a day . Or 3 meals and 2 healthy smoothies .
