I'm gunna take a guess and say the Northwest Limited Edition is some dealer special thing. Sometimes dealers will take a truck and customize it and then sell it as a special edition, probably what you have there. As for the O/D, the light is of on the dash right? If it doesn't shift into the highest gear I'd be worried about a transmission problem. And I can't help with the hubs lol sorry.

Anyways welcome back to the forum and nice truck as well!
