    Cold Start

Didn't drive my truck yesterday or earlier today and when i started it there was a loud grinding sound. a similar sound also happened twice with 2 minutes of startup. once the truck warmed up everything sounded better. could this simply be due to the cold? its been sitting at -23 degrees celsius through the day here

Celsius?!?!? Holy balls, yeah after sitting for a day in that, it most definitely is the cold.

No it contracts with the cold, and expands with heat. And Idk. Was it when you tried to start it or right after it started?

Possibly a really bad belt slip? Idk it sounds like its just the cold that's causing it. This is a job for the professor lol.
