    New truck woes

So I bought my truck in February of this year brand new. It had some vibrating issues during the drive but I chalked it up to flat spots. 3 tire rotations and balances later along with 3 body alignmets things aren't right still. Now I've contacted Ford about it and theyve stepped in to overseethe fix. The rep asked me" what would you like ford to do for you?". I replied with I just want my truck right....the bed is not flush with main body and bumper is bent outwards at the left side. If they can't fix things what course of action do you guys think i should take? And how much wheel balancing weight is acceptable on a new wheel....pics to follow..

I'd write a nice letter to Ford and include the pictures. I would be very soft, pleasant and professional. I would tell them that I am very happy--just not with this truck. First step, ask then to fix it. If they asked me what I wanted, I would say "I want this truck to be right and I hope you agree that it is not." I would ask them at some point if it is easier to just get you a different truck. After giving them every opportunity I would either have someone else fix it and sue Ford for the bill or I would trade in the truck and sue them for my losses. I would tell Ford before I did that. I am really sorry that this is going on and I hope you get taken care of.

Well, its the kind off things you wouldn't notice too much until ownership and truck settles abit. I'm just looking for opinions on if I have a legitimate complaint or I'm knit picking

That's a legitimate complaint and I would make sure Ford fixes it. Warranty for a reason.
