OK so I have a 03 f150 and the rear passenger leaf spring is squeaking REALLY bad. I greased it and it stopped for about a week or two. Now it's worse. Any help?

I have an 03 also and my front springs squeak pretty bad. I used some Industrial Lube 2000 that we use at work on moving train parts. I haven't had a squeak in two months. I sprayed all the bushings and bolts and metal to metal parts.
