Anyone know of a 5 speed or and manual transmission you can put in the 04 5.4 ? Iv been looking around and don't know if they make one

They do make one, but I don't know the part # or anything. I just know I've seen 04-08 trucks with a 5 speed

You might look into some mustang stuff. I think the 07-09 GT-500 had a 5.4 with a 6 speed which would be better IMOIf the women don't find ya handsome, they should at least find ya handy

Are you sure the trucks weren't 6 cylinders? That's all iv seen with them.

Tremec is the best 5 speeds and 6 speeds. Gt500 tranny isn't right fer ur truck. I have a 07 gt 500 motor in my 03 150. No supercharger though. 522 at the crank. Very cool. Thought about a manny tran. But check out tremec
