Platniums are good for up to 80K, my last set were changed out at 120K. I wouldn't change COPs or wires unless they're actually broken or arcing. Fuel filter and air filter are cheap and easy insurance. Oil and filter as you know, and then trannie flush and diff fluid change might be on your list the coming year.

The fuel filter is located just infront of the fuel tank, look underneath your truck and follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine. You will see a bracket holdning in a cylinder about 4 inches long. That is your fuel filter, and you can get fuel filter clips for like $10 from a parts store. That is all that is needed to change it, besides a new filter of course, and there are plenty of videos on youtube for the process, I just did mine and it was seriously a 5 minute job. And it doesn't really matter for air filter, your preference I guess, I recommend K&N or Fram as they are both very good filters.

My '00 150s fuel filter is on the inside of the frame under the driver door. U will need the special Ford fuel line tool-$5 pepboys. The filter is $10. I put a fram air filter in mine. No oil required.

Get a dry air filter, they are cheap and easy to replace.

It's the same for the '05's as well, same location. And yeah, pretty cheap for the little clips you need to disconnect the fuel line from the filter.
WARNING: however, when you disconnect the fuel line from the filter make sure you are on the side of the engine and not the fuel tank as unless you release the pressure in the line before hand, it WILL spray gas out at you until the pressure is relieved. Don't take a gas bath like me lol.

I just did my fuel filter and to relieve the pressure take gas cap off. Only gas that came out was what was left in the filter

Taking the gas cap off isnt going to relieve the pressure in the fuel lines- they are pressurized by the fuel pump
