I'm will be buying a tuner here in the next month, I just wanted to make sure I could run a 93 OPT and still pull a semi-heavy to heavy load without changing the tune, I can get 93 around here!

I know nothing about a 5.4, but it was definitely a bad idea to leave a hot 93 tune in an EcoBoost for towing. Once you get the device, it shouldn't take but a few minutes to swap back and forth from stock - tuned Originally Posted by wernotalone2k25

Yup u will b just fine. If u want a supercharger it sure is a lot of fun. But also costs a lot. Come to a decision on a tuner and have them send u a programmer with custom tunes already installed. I happin to know somebody of u need help lol. 5star does a real good job. I could post all day about them and there team of craftsmen. Sct is very ford friendly and does a great job. You need to do more research on tunes. A tune for towing is used to pull a semi heavy to heavy load not a performance tune. Originally Posted by wernotalone2k25
