    Caked brake dust on rims

    That line is the color my rims are supposed to be but I think there's brake dust caked on both front rims on my 1984. Is this normal?

    Yeah it sticks to different metals differently. Just takes some elbow grease and the right cleaner to get it off.

    That's from having semi ceramic brake pads instead full ceramic pads that's because semi brake pads create black dust as they wear out
