Suspension and body lift
Ok I'll try to make this simple lol I want my truck bigger/taller. I don't see paying thousands for a lift so let me get info from my fellow f150 brethren!

Suspension lift. Cheaper than body, stronger and more useful, and looks a lot better IMO.

Susp is cheaper than body lift?
-
As far as I know, yes. Less parts and modification involved in it.

Whaat? 3" body lift is 100$ and 3" susp lift is 500$ on eBay?
-
I stand corrected. I'm not the lift expert lol, that's just what I thought, my bad.

Woo that's gonna ride bad lol. Now this is just me. I've never been a fan of body lifts. Especially with ur little lady there. That's a pain and I don't care who makes it how much it costs or how good people tell u it is. It's gonna ride like ish my brother. Suspension will make it look stout for sure and handle and travel better. Think about widening your wheels if u start goin up. Better stance too with a wider wheel. You could go all out and get the fabtech 6" lift fer that truck. Witch is the sickest set up made for that truck. And rides like a Lincoln. Awesome. 2800$. I know big money. But the absolute best kit out there. And they don't make a 3. If u want a body lift. You'll remember my post fer sure lol. But I would stick with suspension. Sounds like you got a truck in the same series as my 03. It was pretty tippy when I got it that's fer sure

+1 on that. Also, body lifts are known to sag and if you haul a lot of weight they will crush. Suspension is the way to go if you want it done right. The other route that wouldn't be too aggressive but still looks great is to just do a leveling kit and some cut out fender flares with bigger rims and tires.

My research on leveling kits is that it's a waste of money. I cranked my keys and I've gotten no trouble out of that.
