I have a 1999 F150 5.4 4X4 with 166313 miles on it. The recommend oil is 5-30w. Should use a synthetic, high mileage or conventional motor oil and which brand.

57 and will be 58 on 12-12-12 So far that makes me the oldest.

Looking at picking up the Edelbrock 3351 and 3451 for my 99 F150 4x4. Should I replace the both stock front and rear or just front?
