I think really it's just s cold belt or pulley.
Idk but the way it was explained to me made sense. Parts would be a lil worn and the engine would be a lil more "opened" up and " loose". Sorta how it was explained to me but in a more technical way.

I work construction for my grandfather and am sorta in the action of taking it over in the nxt few years.
Is it cold out wen this happens? It could just be cold belts or cold alternator. Or does it happen all the time mo matter the outside temp or engine temp?
JCooper I understand with the bigger tires tht u would do tht. Cuz urs shifts differently then a standard size tire would. But wouldn't u b able to leav it on n just keep the rpms high enough to keep...
I heard tht using the 5w-30 aftr 75000 miles would be better for things lik the cam phaser. Since it would be thicker when it gets hot.
Just wondering what everyone thought of this oil or what the advantages of using it instead of 5w-20????

Ur suppose to use it wen ur haulin or towing anything. It saves the tranny wen u pass or speed up loaded. If u would do tht with the od on it would eventually cause the truck to buck and transmission...
