Flip a coin, you'll be happy with either one. The specs for both are very close except for one. The price.

I've found the only good use for wd-40 is adhesive removal. Every time I get a new car I find myself removing the dealer decals. Never had any paint issues.
I sprayed mine with raptor liner, took 6 hrs of prep and 1 hr of total spray time. Looks awesome, but its not as durable as I'd hoped. Sharp metal WILL scratch through. Cost 120 with the spray gun....
There's a section in the manual that goes over that problem. It says to lower the back windows about an inch or two to get rid of the thumping.

I can't say for certain, but my guess would be that they will rub when turned all the way. As far as road noise, my brother has a 2011 with nitto grapplers and loves them. Noise isnt an issue.
