OD light keeps flashing, I recently change the 4th gear clutch but it still won't go into 4th....what could the problem be?

I recently changed 4th gear, forward clutch, torque converter & seal....the fluid keeps leaking out and I can't tell where... od light flashing ...now it's laboring to drive, especially up hills......
