    New bullet thrower

I decided to get my first gun.

Remington M1911R1 chambered in the oh-so-classic .45 ACP

So far with 110+ rounds downrange, she's a pretty fun gun to shoot. I plan to make it my CCW of choice once I take my class. I'm also a southpaw, so ambi safety and beavertail mods coming soon

Very nice. I have a sig 40 cal. I can switch the barrel to .357 as well. I love it. I shoot the 40 cal mostly cause its cheaper but I love it. I try to go shooting at least on e every two weeks. My next one will b a kimber

Its a great Sub-Thou gun. The Kimber is a great model as well, but IMO you are just paying for a name. They are all 99% identical in parts

Lucky mofo, I have to wait 2 more years for handguns, and I plan on a M1911 being the first, then a .45 or a .357 lol. Have fun with the new purchase though.
