If I go no cats straight pipe with only a super 10, how much power can I expect to gain from that much freer exhaust flow?

I have 4 cats on my truck and I cut 2 of them out and I actual lost a little bit of power.

Yes. You need a certain amount of back pressure for power. Of course my truck is straight piped so your muffler might get you the pressure you need.
