    Hello from Covington, GA

Hello all, my name is Michael and I live in Covington, GA. I have been a Ford man every since I can remember. My first vehicle was a 1965 F100 that my dad gave me when I was 14 or 15, it needed the front end rebuilt, clutch put in it and a paint job as well as a lot of surface rust to be taken care of. I have had numerous Fords since then, the one that I have held onto the longest is my 1985 F150 4x4. I bought it used about 15 years ago. It has the 5.8 HO engine and C-6 transmission in it. I have neglected it over the last few years and it has just set with only being driven a little bit every now and then. I plan to get it back to the shape it should be in and starting back enjoying it or selling it one. All it needs mechanically is the carb. rebuilt other than that it could use some paint, tires and wheels but that's about it.
Looking forward to meeting some other Ford people here and sharing some info and good times.
    Take care,
    Michael

    Welcome, Michael.

Covington sounds familiar. What is the nearest (big) city?
