Is this effecting to auto cool when I hit the auto button for A/C!? And where is the stat for outside temp at!?

Outside temp is off by 20 degrees!!?

If it was 20 degrees off when you first got in and started driving then thats normal. The thermometer is somewhere near the front end under the hood. If its sitting in the sun directly or the engine is hot, then of course its going to read a lot higher when you first get in. Once you start driving it'll correct itself as it reads the fresh air temp. If it doesn't fix itself after a few min of driving, then you might have a faulty thermometer.
