    Anyone know how to make a DVD stay playing when truck is put in drive

    You need to install a bypass. There's videos all over YouTube showing how.

    You need to hook up the "brake" wire (on the radio harness) to the ignition harness, not the parking brake wire. All radio installation places are required to install to the parking brake.
