I'm looking to buy another Ford truck.
One that I'm looking at, the seller told me that the shift plug needs to be replaced. At wrecking yard it's only $15. Also said it makes it shift smoothly.
What the H@&/ is a "shift plug"?!

My guess is its what the seller calls a synchronizer, but your guess is as good as mine at this point.
