Have 02 5.4ltr and I'm wondering how I can get some snap back when I dump the throttle. I put OBX helix on and it just whistles and didn't notice any difference. Any suggestions?

You mean you want better throttle response? A programmer is your best bet

Another way to help with that is to take the boot off the end of your intake. I removed mine for other reasons but I have noticed a bit louder exhaust and slightly more response
