Caliper sticking sounds like. If it happens again. Back up and see if it fixes it. Sounds like the problem

this is a VERY common issue with Ford. This has happened three times on my truck. random instances. I eventually replaced the caliper. And just a few days ago it happened to one of our F-450 ambulances. Its always the right front side too, weird. I'm beginning to think its hose line collapse. Steel braided hose lines FTW
