    Body lift or suspension lift

I'm not quite sure which to do to my 2000 f-150? Any thoughts

I dont personally have a lifted truck, but i have many friends who do an they prefer suspension. They say body lifts can be very unstable. That's just what I've heard them say before

Body lifts make ya feel like your real top heavy and gonna tip. Plus a lot of people that do the body lifts don't buy the skirts for the truck to help cover the inside of the engine bay and I think it looks awful and you will see most of your frame
Rail so if it's rusty I suggest sanding it down and painting it because you will see a lot of the rail.
