I know a guy with an Eco-Boost SuperCrew, 4X4, Auto, 5 1/2 bed. He gets 24/27 with it and I don't think he takes it super easy on the gas pedal. My Dad gets 16 with his 08 Supercab 5.4L so I think the Eco-Boost is a big step up. I know guys that it's a V6 (a dual Turbo V6 though!), but it apparently totally outperforms the 5.4L and the new 5.0L. I'm pretty sure I would've gone with it if I would have bought a new one, but I like my 5.4L of 30 hours!

Absolutely love my 2011 King Ranch ecoboost. Just turned 15000 Klm and still only averaging 18.5 miles per gallon. Now I'm hearing from some that I need to wait until 25000 Klm before I can expect great gas mileage. Well,my that time, I'll be looking to trade it already. So, if I'm really not going to get the benefit of better fuel mileage, I may as well go for the 6.2 litre next time.

I've had my 2012 fx4 super crew Ecoboost for about a month and I love it. I have about 2,800 miles on it. Absolutely perfect in my opinion. I've driven many trucks and now i laugh at people that make fun of my v6. Their mouths are all sealed when they see what this truck is capable of. I got about 23.5- 24 driving hwy from south nj to Syracuse ny today at about 70-75 mph. Didn't even use half a tank.

I have a new fresh from the floor 150 crew with the short bed with the ecoboost engine. I've had for about a month. On long highway trips i get 19.5 mpg if lucky. Normal driving I'm getting 13.5-14.5 mpg. Is this normal numbers. I've put 2000+ miles on it so far. I must admit i love the power this little v-6 puts out.
