Transmisson fluid change.

Just traded my Sport trac for a 2010 f150 and want to change the transmission fluid. Dealer wants $440.00 to change and flush and new filter. I think this is to high a price. My questions ae is this something the you can do yourself and how do you put the new fluid in also is flushing pro/con. Thanks for all help.

you need a special tool to add fluid
