    Transmission

I have a 1990 f150 5spd 302, today I was ridin into town and down shifted from 4th to 3rd and it wound up to 6,000rpm and now it's knocking when I put it in gear. I think it might be the counter shaft bearing, but not sure. What do y'all think?
