Same song. If the truck gets driven without a lot of heavy towing, it is never going to pay for itself in fuel savings. So, buy it for towing--not to save money.
I'm saving gas by sitting on the sofa watching tv, but my mileage doing that still sucks. Maybe I will walk to the Mall? Hah!
