Thread: odd fuel issue

I think my fuel neck may be bad. When I pump gas I can't just pull the handle flip the little holder thing down cause it'll pop like the tanks full even though it is not. So I'm wondering do any of you know what the cause could be, and if it is the fuel neck what I could do to fix it?

There's an air vent for the gas that's full of dirt or stuck shut.

If I'm parked at an angle then it doesn't have an issue

Have you tried inserting it at a different angle. Might find its happier that way.

I have but it doesn't work... so I look like a dingus when I'm fueling up
