Ot a set of factory 18" rims from my dads buddy with descent rubber(better than my bald back tires) for $200 there off an 2008 or 2010, so I was told they got the air pressure sensors in the valve stems, well since mines a 2006 and don't have that fancy bs I was gonna take em off and sell them to my boss, how do you get them off/out and anyone have a clue how much they'd be worth?!?

Try eBay or Craigslist, it might give you a rough idea of the value. I'm just not a wheel and tire expert so I couldn't tell you.
