I've had my rough country 2.5" leveling kit on for 4 months and I've had no issues at all and it looks awsome..my profile pic is the one with the lift on it.

Has anyone had any experience or heard anything about this Leveling Kit? Its a ProComp 2.5" strut spacer. This kit is at 4wheelparts.com, and they have a store in the city I'm working in today. But I'm wondering if i should stop "BUY" on my way home ;-) (i "accidentally" brought my truck money today)

So i was able to get my Rough Country kit on yesterday. It was frustrating, that's for sure. With 2 trips across town to Lowes, not being able to find a couple of my wrenches, and an unsuccessful attempt trying to find a 29mm socket anywhere, we were able to get it finished. Took it on a little 2.5 hour road trip to pick up a couch for my mother in law and everything seemed fine. I'm taking it to get an alignment now but here's the before.....

    And after.....

I think it leveled quite nicely....

(Now, what's next on my list......)

Looks great!! I have a question though, do you have any idea what your mpg was before the leveling kit? And if you do could you see how much the level affects it now? Because honestly that's the only reason I haven't bought a leveling kit is the potential loss of MPG's.

To be honest, i didn't buy the truck for gas mileage, but i think it was about 15 mpg before my exhaust, gotts mod, and now this. When it was time for me to buy a new truck, i told my wife that i wasn't going to have "fuel economy" in mind at all when i found a truck.

I didn't buy mine for great mileage either lol. But I just can't see hindering the mileage I get now just for appearance purposes.

I have a question for you guys who have a leveling kit.
I installed my Rough Country 2.5" kit on my 04 F150 4x4, and had it aligned the next day at Les Schwab. When i picked it up, they told me that my camber was still off and in order for it to be corrected, i would need a new camber kit.

My question is, was anyone else told the same thing or anything like that?
