Where are you talking about on your dash? Radio, hvac controls, gauge cluster?
Whichever it is you'll need to take something apart. My advice is to just take your time and if something won't come off easily walk away for 5 to cool down so you don't break a clog or something. Nothing will piss you off more than breaking something and having a rattle in the cab from it.

if its the gauge, you have to take gauge out and just pull the bulb out

Its behind my speedo...does anyone have any actual experience in removing that part of the dash?
There should be 2 or 3 bolts that hold the trim around the cluster on. Take those out then remove the trim piece. Then there should be some torx head screws that hold the cluster in. Take them out and pull the cluster. Replacing the bulbs is pretty straight forward. I suggest just changing all of them to keep from having to do this again and those little bulbs are pretty cheap.
Good luck. Remember to take your time.
