2004 Ford F150The hardware should include the clips. Maybe they are not called that, but they clip over the edges of the bumper where the screws go for mounting the brackets. Kind of a bigger version of what is used for speakers.

WTF? why would you have your fog lights come on with high beams?? thats contradictory to the purpose of high beams...

Because where I live, there really is no fog. I use them as an extra set of headlights as needed.

FYI you'll see better if you shut them off when high beams are engaged. You're just causing your cones to dilate on the foreground lighting which is killing your down the road visibility
