So I swaped the LEDs in my climate controller and now I cant get anything to work. Any suggestions?

Yes it is plugged in, all lights but the zones work.

Haven't checked yet but could the fuse be blown with the other lights still working?

Yes. The dude can b blown with the lights still on. Ur lights r controlled by something else

Do the lights on the zone selector work using that other fuse or on the same as the other lights? At work so I can't check until this evening.

Had a chance to look at my fuses on break and all associated with the HVAC appear fine?!?

Undo what you did and look for problems

Is there anything that is working like the blower or actuators open/closing doors that control heat/cool?
