    02 f150 5.4 won't start

Starter won't crank. Was running this morning. Stopped at a gas station for 3-5 minutes. Tried to start it. Turned key but starter wouldn't turn. Hit starter with a hammer and still nothing. Starter was new 3 months ago. I jumped solenoid to start it. Returned starter for a new one and installed it. Truck still won't start. Anyone have any suggestions? Theft light is not blinking when I try to start (just when truck is off, like it always has). Fuse is fine. No relay listed in owners manual.

Jimbo how many miles on truck?

Your losing ur ignition power / control circut? Used to be mounted on steering column on top. Had to drop column to get to it. I haven't done one on ur yr truck.
