Thread: differential making sound

My rear differential star making some noise change the oil and still making the sound whats its better change the all differential or just the pieces on the center its a fx4 2005

Theres no reason to replace the housing the internals are all you need and you prob dont need all of them maybe just a bearing or spline i dunno what it sounds like but if your asking that kind of question dont attempt it yourself no offense to you but diffs are a little complicated
