    1989 5.0l

    My 1989 f150 will not run I have fuel, spark to the plugs. I have a tps code and a act code as well as an ECT code
    Code#'s are 21,23,24 & 54 any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Fuel AND spark????? that makes 0 sense that it doesn't run unless your timing is off etc.....have you done anything to it recently?
