Cleaning mf pad are different from foam a little. Compressed air is best or you can use a pad cleaning brush. You just don't want spent product/clear coat residue to gunk up the pad.

    From infinity and beyond.

Never argue with a Moron, they'll just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
When your done with the pads I have a grit guard pad washer. If you don't want to spend 125 bucks on it then just run them underwater then drip some dawn on them. Then work it in with your fingers and rinse. Fold it in half to ring out any water or put it back on the polisher and run in a bucket so you don't splatter yourself until it's somewhat dry. If you want to go a little further you can throw it in the washer on gentle then either air dry or spin it on your polisher. Once it's dry I store them in zip locks so that they don't get dirt on them.
