I was wondering if changing out the media center to an after market would effect the sync features? Also can I up grade the media to the touch screen? I have a 2011 XTL

I would guess that it would mess up Sync, but I'd just call the dealer, they'll be able to tell you

If you went with a touch screen and had ford install it most likely wouldn't mess it up and yes you can upgrade your media in any vehicle just couple mods.
