I have a 1999 F150 5.4 4X4 with 166313 miles on it. The recommend oil is 5-30w. Should use a synthetic, high mileage or conventional motor oil and which brand.

Mobile 1 high mileage Synthetic is a preference. Some people will say yas. Some people will say no. Me on the other hand I am yes man. I prefer Synthetic oils. But mobile 1 and zmax. Google that ish. Good stuff

Stick with Motorcraft oil filter anti drain back valve is essential to all Ford motors and could always use a synthetic blend
