2000 F-150 front end shakes when the brakes are applied. Could this be rotors, maybe one is warped?

Thats where I would be checking. Maybe a caliper if not a rotor? Maybe an ABS problem (that of course is reaching).

I think a Rotor or Caliper is malfunctioning. Maybe you need your breaks replaced.

Check to see if the rotor has any pitting in it. I have had both rotors replaced after I've had the same problem and it still lives- Its just one of those gremlins that appear once you pass the "Big 1-0"

I changed the front passenger side rotor today. The back side of the rotor had grooves on it. So I guess that was my problem.
So did that fix it?

I had the same problem, all the rotors were warped. Fixed the problem although sometimes during breaking it still vibrates for some reason...
