    If they are putting bigger turbos on the same engine, you better be pulling some more power then.

    Just because they're bigger doesn't mean the motor will make more ponies. They may have the ability to make more, but the ECM will control the boost. You could put some 92mm snails on it and it won't make more power without being able to control the boost yourself or with a tune.
