I like the Haynes better, but they both have information that the other doesn't.
Same. I forget what it was but the Chilton manual basically said, in place of instructions, "You should not do this. Please consult a professional" while the Haynes listed the steps to do it. Herp derp. That's what I got a manual for, Chilton! Duh.
But then there was something else that wasn't in the Haynes but was in the Chilton. Can't remember that either. Might have been specs or something. It's nice to have both just in case.
Agreed, maybe I'll pick up the Chilton one, but so far the Haynes has come in handy for quite a few things. But it wouldn't hurt to have more knowledge and a sort-of second opinion.
