Yeah I can't wait until all of this flamethrower worthy crap is gone
Lmao, I can picture that haha.
Found the oil leak but not sure if it's coming from the valve cover or oil pan the picture is through the wheel well by the header and the frame
Best way to tell is to try and follow it up. It could b minor. As one could only hope lol. But maybe it's just a valve cover gasket. My 03 leaked as well. Bout 60$ er so for both gaskets. They only sell them a a a pair.

Took about 2 hrs for both
Ok cool when ( if ) I drive it tomarrow I'll check

Whats the best way? Unbolt and take off or do you have to do something special like drive it before?
To check it? Or install? To install. I drove it to my shop. It's was hot! Had to move a few things. But they all go back together nice. Took it off. Cleaned it well. Checked a few other things while it was off. It looked good. New seal. And some sealer around the edges and back together u go. Grab a Haines manual. Bout 30$. Might b 20$ now but it's nice to have a guide
I think I got my Hayne's manual off of Rockauto.com for like $20, but yes it has been extremely helpful for a lot of things.
Ok thanks I'll find that booklet or manual when i do the repair
I got the chance to look at the undercarriage of my truck the frame is in really good condition has been under coated multiple times. The rear axial's plug it tight as crap and the gasket is very old and leaking along with about half the motor.. S**T!! I'll post pictures later
