I just passed 120,000 miles on my Motorcraft SP-504 Platniums and I had a bad misfire so I bought 6 new ones from RockAuto for $19, and it took me all of 8 minutes to pull the old ones and replace them. I love V6 engines.

Lucky, the V8's are a nightmare from what I've heard so far.
8 minutes?!? Really? U suck. Lol. 5.4 plugs r def a pain. Took me a little over an hr for all 8. The lightning took a little longer. Cyl 1&3 were a pain cause the innercooler lines were in the way.
Same with the 4.6L and in the newer bodies those cylinders are so far back they're damn near impossible to reach.
I love that on the 4.2L the left bank all you need is a 5/8" spark plug socket and ratchet and the right bank you need a 6" extension. I had them out in minutes. Break 'em loose, and unscrew with your fingers. It took me longer to open the box of sparkplugs LOL
