I have a 2012 4x4 EB SC. I admit it's not broken in yet, but I also was expecting better than 11-14mpg (reg vs prem). I've had several other brand V8 4x4 crew trucks in a row and all got much better than this. Don't get me wrong, it's still my favorite truck ever.

Is that city or highway mileage?

That's what I get in the winter months for all city driving. Mine usually jumps up to 15-17 around town once it warns up outside.

I've also noticed I get crappy mileage for the first 5-10 min of driving if I don't let the ol girl warm up thoroughly.

Yes you have to let them warm up.
I never go out of park until my temp gauge starts moving.

I don't go that far, but I usually let it drop to a regular idle before I head out.

Alex had a good point about this before. I don't let it idle to much anymore. Just a bit to lubricate the engine. Then I'm out.

Ya it's kinda a catch 22. Cause even at idle you're still burning the fuel up and getting 0 mpg while doing that cause you aren't in motion.
