Yes, generally. But when you get into 33" and up, the taller sidewalls start to roll and can cause drivability issues. This is why a lot of people who go with 35s or bigger opt to go with a 20" rim. Its a little rougher, but eliminates the floating and wandering at highway speeds.
On my las truck I went with a thicker side wall. An E load range. 10 ply tire. That straightened all that out for me

Nah. I leave them in. I'll pull a fello ford brother out when he needs a hand. But. As for junk and crap? They can stay in there and think about why there stuck lol
You can google a tire calculator and get the circumference of any tire. Another quick calc will tell you the amount of change on the speedo.
So I'm going with a 255/70R18 because it's a 32 like I can fit. My question is what offset do I need? The online shop in looking at asks if I'm looking for a high or low offset. Which am I looking for?
