    New 17s for Raptor

I've had the same 16" American Racing chrome plated steel wheels on my truck since 1999 (see my throwback thread). They have been pitting and whatnot lately. I don't like chrome, and I think 16s are too small. So I have finally scored the wheels I've longed after for a while: the 17" 5-spoke alloys from the 2003 Heritage Edition F-150.

UPS got here an hour late. Of course I was outside waiting. He backed into my driveway, popped open the rear doors and low and behold his truck is empty except for my four boxes haha. 30lbs each, and he guessed they were wheels.

Hub-centric instead of lug-centric. I need new lug nuts.

Excellent finish for reconditioned wheels. Edges were reshaped and there is obvious work done on the inside, but the outside was 9.5/10

Overall, I paid $100/each, with $26 state tax and free shipping, so $426 to my back door.

Now I just need a couple paychecks to afford the $700 rubber for them, and new stainless steel brake lines and get my rotors turned. Not to mention the center caps at a ridiculous $25/each and new lug nuts. And you know shes a keeper when she understand sacrifices had to be made:

    4.2L V6 - M5OD | SCT XCal 3 @ JawsRacing | K&N Series-77 | 16" Dual Efans | Magnaflow High-Flows
    50W 5000K FX-R Projectors | Philips LumiLED Taillights | 60" Plasmaglow Fire & Ice | 2" Drop Shackles

Yeah thats my AR-15 that I built recently. Here is a shameless show-off

The new wheels are 17" and the old ones are 16" so obviously not. I am getting new rubber for these.
